SHIPPING COST

MOVA Recovery currently offers FREE standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, unusually high order volume, or other exceptional circumstances.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After processing, standard delivery typically takes approximately 4–10 business days.

Most customers should expect their order within approximately 7–13 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

WHERE WE SHIP

MOVA Recovery currently ships within the contiguous United States.

Additional destinations may be added in the future.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier to activate and update tracking information.

FULFILLMENT

MOVA Recovery works with third-party fulfillment and shipping partners.

As a result, orders may ship directly from one of our fulfillment partners rather than from a MOVA Recovery-operated warehouse.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact support@movarecovery.com immediately.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows an unusual delay, your order arrives damaged, or you believe your package has been lost, contact us at support@movarecovery.com.

We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

SHIPPING DELAYS

If we become aware that your order cannot be shipped within the expected timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimate and available options.
